Exploring well-being, we cover physical and mental health, climate consciousness, and holistic approaches for a healthier, happier life.

This year, we hosted conversations on breakthroughs in the pursuit of a healthier world, from redefining perfectionism with Thomas Curran to implementing AI in the NHS. With nearly 1000 attendees, this thematic area left a substantial impact, boosting confidence and delivering significant benefits.

The conversation was thought-provoking and as such entertaining enough to stay sufficiently engaged.

David Nutt on How Psychedelics Can Change Your Life

Sean Mc Lintock
David Nutt
SPEAKERS
David Nutt, a professor of neuropsychopharmacology specialising in the research of alcohol and drugs
Sean Mc Lintock, co-founding partner of Neo Kuma Ventures

With the NHS facing unprecedented demand, this event heard from the incredible panel about how at Guy’s and St Thomas' they’re pioneering healthcare innovation through AI and remote monitoring, reducing hospital visits, and providing timely care to prevent health deterioration.

At a time with an enormous amount of noise around the benefits of psychedelics, Professor Nutt joined us alongside moderator, Sean Mc Lintock to dispense the knowledge you need to know about a drug that is about to go mainstream, free from the hot air. After fifty years of prohibition, criminalisation and fear, science is finally showing us that psychedelics are not dangerous or harmful. Instead, when used according to tested, safe and ethical guidelines, they are our most powerful newest treatment of mental health conditions, from depression, PTSD, and OCD to disordered eating and even addiction and chronic pain.
